Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase courses. You may enroll your child or a child under your legal care.

Accounts and communications

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may send operational emails and SMS related to scheduling, safety, and course logistics.

Purchases and scheduling

Prices and availability are subject to change. Your purchase is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before a session; late changes may incur fees and depend on availability.

Safety and conduct

Parents and participants must follow coach instructions, wear helmets, and use safe, well-maintained equipment. We may remove participants who endanger themselves or others without refund.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We generally offer credits or rescheduling for weather-related cancellations.

Intellectual property

Course materials and content are owned by DeliberateNest Ride School and licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Disclaimers

We provide guidance and supervision; however, cycling involves inherent risks. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeliberateNest Ride School will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable course.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes apply prospectively and are posted on this page with an updated date.
